Wrote the fundraising plan, developed the processes and policies, kick-started operations, recruited and led the team on behalf of the University.
Positioning
Worked closely with the Vice-Chancellor, University Council and Development Board to position fundraising through the new library building project.
Fundraising
Raised £1m, including acquisition of a rare archive collection, focussing on significant gifts and kick-starting low level regular giving.
